Hi,

I'm transitioning from gymnastics\calisthenics to a more iron based training but since I'm not comfortable with the proper execution of movements with free weights, I hired a PT.

My research lead me to believe that GreySkull LP was a great beginning program for someone like me but the PT didn't like it much when I showed him the layout of the thing. He took it upon himself to suggest (and show me) a 3 day routine (that you can use 5 days a week) with a much more diverse variety of exercises, separating muscle groups and everything.

I like the simplicity of GreySkull's, I feel like i have less exercises to master AND that those exercises are kinda for forever. I'm a bit intimated by how many exercises dude dumped on me and not sure I should be isolating muscles given my overall frame (5'11, 149 lbs, 8.8%BF).

I also have to wonder if he's not dumping a more complicated routine in my ass to make me need him more to execute it correctly.

Thoughts ?
