Go outside and look around. You can literally see women everywhere. You just need to approach them for them to develop interest in you.

If you have balls then you meet women wherever you encounter women. If you don't have balls, you don't meet women regardless of where you go or how many surround you.

Your main problem is that you're petrified (ie: paralyzed by fear) because you feel like you don't know what to say and so on. The solution to this is exposure therapy. Here's what you do.

Get a small notebook that you can take with you in your pocket or jacket. Take it with you wherever you go, and when you see a girl that you wish you had the balls to go talk to, just go talk to her with the objective of trying to get her phone number.

For each approach, go into your notebook afterwards and write down the date, time, location, brief description of the girl (including name if you get it) and a brief description (two or three sentences maximum) of what happened. Don't dwell on it; just get that information down. Number these approaches also starting with 1 so that you know how many of them you've done.

Your goal is to get to 100 approaches where you were trying to get the girl's number. Don't go back through and read your approaches until you get to 100.

When you get to 100, you won't have this problem anymore, and you'll be able to walk up to just about any woman just about anywhere without this paralysis.
