It's tinder! You did good going for the date but maybe took too long. She flaked on you once, you went for the second she declined before you could ask. I would stop contact and go for other fish.

Nope. Hard next is for when you're disrespected (i.e. stood up, "put in the line" for later, met with dismissive answers...) or rejected.
Just hit her up with "let me know when you're up" and leave it there. Re engage again if you feel like it, or just don't. Maybe she will.
