Thought so. I get this all the time too.

I'm black as well. It's white fear. They're scared you're going to rape/kill/steal from them. I've come to the conclusion that nothing I say or do will ever change the fact that they only see my skin color. So I say fuck it. I'll do me & if they want to fear me, they can fear me. It's not my responsibility to alleviate their white fear by acting like a dancing monkey saying "please like me even though I'm black!

They can bask in their ignorance.

lol "white fear", check your privilege.

Maybe someone's intimidated by him because he doesn't smile (read posts below) and arguably has caught a case of RBF. Maybe he's jacked and combine that with not smiling and being quiet, he just has an aura of strength or danger that has nothing to do with race.

It's a great simplification to walk around explaining rejection in terms of racial profiling, but it also leads to you becoming kinda racist yourself. Are white people never afraid of black people? No. Sometimes you're right. But are black people never afraid of white people? No. And yet we don't talk about black fear. Why? Because it isn't fashionable.

Plus, why bitch about it, literally the guy himself said he's leading whether the table talks or not. This is his opportunity to lead, not to cavil about left-wing horse shit.

Coming from a dude who people keep telling him that he looks like he wants to beat them up listen here. If you have been cursed (i consider it a blessing) with an intimidating face (followed with a good build by lifting) you are gonna be fucking intimidating even if you are holding flowers in your hand.

Smile, just smile for the sake of convincing people you aren't a gang member and crack jokes, make em feel like that if they slip even slightly they won't catch a knuckle sandwich immediately.

But to answer your question, yes its worth it to make people less scared of you. Yes, fear generates respect but too much fear and you are gonna have people avoid you. Girls that are extremely interested in you will be scared to show even the slightest of IOI's.

So smile a bit more, make people feel a bit more relaxed rather than making them feel like they are sitting next to a T-800.

Edit: As a sidenote people are more willing to follow and keep following someone if they don't feel threatened by him. A good leader can command respect without the need to instill fear.

I'll agree with that.

But at the same time, there are whites out there that no matter how much you smile at them and be a bit friendlier, they'll still be terrified of you regardless. No point in trying to appease those individuals.
