cut the booze and try again. Don't get in your head about trying to impress her, just think about her impressing you and you already know you want that so hopefully that will do it.
Give her plenty of time to work on you and while you're alone give this a shot: work it up to get hard, thinking of her, and keep it hard. Don't do anything more than it takes to get hard and if you go soft, do some more to get hard again. The practice goal here is maximum time staying hard.
Also are there any blood pressure issues that ever come into play?

I'm not sure about any blood pressure issues. Like I said in the past the cialis just got me over the initial problem and I could perform. This time it had no effect....

could be viagra will work better. They're not the same. But most of all I say practice getting hard and staying that way. Also there's edging where you push to the limit of cumming but don't let yourself get that far. You can do this alone and performance holding this for a long time will translate directly to sexual performance with women.

I've been there. Our stories are almost exactly the same.
Listen, you need to get yourself a good sex therapist. You are past the point of simple fixes. You can try upping the dose of your cialis, but you don't want to stay on that the rest of your life.
What worked for me with my girlfriend (although I am still not sure how I would do on a ONS) is a lot of relaxation exercises. Meditation, yoga, etc. I can now have sex with my gf whenever I want without meds.
Also, a big step was to take the focus off of actual fucking. I'm willing to bet that during foreplay all you can think about is what will happen when it's time to put it in. Therefore, what worked for me was to say to myself, "there won't be any fucking. You're just going to fool around and enjoy this." It helped me return to the time before the problems started with my wife. I had been in denial about my wife because the truth was that I simply wasn't attracted to her anymore. I'd turned to internet porn, which only made the problem worse.
You can get better, but it takes time and patience.

Learn to edge.

I've heard maca root helps. If you aren't doing weighted squats on a regular basis you need to start.
