First time poster. I've been reading TRP for a few months and now have a good understanding of concepts such as holding frame and adopting a more confident mindset around girls. I work in hospitality and this has also helped me to talk, interact and flirt with girls on an almost daily basis. However, despite this I developed feelings for a girl at work who I thought was different than all the rest, the mytical unicorn. I got drunk one night at a staff night out and told her that I had feelings for her. She replied by saying that she thought I was a good guy but she wasn't interested and I respected her reply. I now understand that my feelings for her were driven by some desire to feel emotionally connected with someone beyond a mere physical level which was very beta of me. She is well educated, smart, pretty and we study the same degree at uni. As for myself I am in the best shape of my life, eat well, work hard, study hard and am learning how to improve my social skills and deal with my anxiety which I've had since a kid. The problem is I work with her 4-5 days a week and since I told her last week she won't even acknowledge my existence, as if I'm not even worthy to be in her presence or even talk to her. I still haven't talked to her about that night because I was feeling pretty embarassed and vulnerable, but with her actions now I felt pretty humiliated at first but now I just don't care and have moved on, I just don't want my work situation to suffer or feel weird/strange because of her.

What should I do? Would it be best to approach her and say that I don't want neither of us to feel uncomfortable around each other and simply look past this as a stupid and silly story that we can recount months from now? Should I just ignore her as well and hold frame or should I be the one who tries to rectify this whole avoidance problem so that I can improve our working situation and simply be friends? (I get along with every other girl at work). And which TRP principles could I use to improve my position vis-a-vis her?
