So one of the things I'm struggling with during the school year is when I'm first shift, 7:30am to 12:30pm, and when I wake up in 7am so I can take a shit, but it doesn't come out. And my stomach ends up aching so much that I have to leave class for 10-20 minutes so I can take a proper shit. Does anyone know how to ignore the need of pooping, because it's quite hard to ignore your aching stomach, as most of the time it goes to the point where you can't really hold it.
