Sounds like you need to work out your own trust issues. Not defending her situation or yours. Tracking someone will either do one of two things, and I wouldn't recommend it. Either you'll find out what you confirmed and most likely be more pissed off/upset. Or you'll feel like an ass for not trusting her because she wasn't cheating.

If she is cheating, then she may be planning ahead to drop the relationship with you. Not much you can do about that. And if that is the case, drop her and move on. Work on yourself.

I personally have been in your shoes. And to be honest it has always made matters worse for me.

Maybe talk with her. Don't make accusations as you don't really have proof, unless there is some solid evidence. Just get a feel of where you and her stand with each other.

I'd have the talk, see where she stands. And make a decision from there. Or, confirm she is cheating, drop her and move on. But most importantly, work on your own self.

Guys that need to ask this sort of shit do this sort of shit wrong and get busted. You will do this wrong and you will get busted. But your issue lies elsewhere.

ive always had trust issues on people before i even dated women, so im not sure if it's my suspecting nature or if my suspicions are based on something more concrete

Insecure guys don't belong in LTRs. "Trust but verify" is single handed the most stupid thing people can say on those regards.
Dump the chick and build your self confidence on something that's not your partner, this way you'll be capable of leaving her if you must and you won't need to obsess about cheating.

but I do want to add that you should plan your monitoring timing carefully. you may be shocked or upset (or furious) at what you find and you don't want to retrieve the information late at night and then be too upset to sleep when you have to work the next day. just sayin' from experience.
