You look great. I’d add a bit for shoulders though. OHP should be incorporated with your main compound lifts; shrugs and pull-ups will be good accessories.

How the hell is your deadlift and squat so low compared to your bench?

Get your bench to 275, deadlift to 405, and squat 335 and you'll see a significant difference. Also focus more on arms and shoulders.

If you’re asking about women, I think your current look will do fine.

But, you should do it for you. Try to get in the 1000 lb club (my goal). Or set whatever goal interests you.

I’d also do more biceps/triceps.

What else should you focus on?

No dude, what else do YOU want to focus on? You're in shape, you're fit and you're way beyond the point where anyone can look at you and can tell you play sports or lift consistently. Look to see what motivates you. Does power pique your interest? Start powerlifting and be on a strength training program. Similarly can be said about gaining size, shredding down, becoming more athletic etc. Motivate yourself with what you want and then be able to show it off when you need to. People will be impressed regardless. Aesthically speaking? Personally, I think you could gain a bit more size so bulk up for about a good few months and then start cutting. But since it's the summer, I'd just shred if you plan on being outdoorsy like hitting the beach, festivals, or being out. Girls love that shit. Besides that looking good bro. Keep it up and make sure you're doing it for yourself not for someone else's validation.

That's some extraordinary progress for three months. Where did you start off? I think your body looks pretty good and I think most girls would agree.

That said, I think this probably belongs in a fitness sub. Your deadlift is weak relative to your other lifts (although some people aren't anatomically suited for deadlifting, I'm not sure where you fall). Do a program where you can get some overhead press and arm work in (chin ups or something similar).

If u can’t do 2 out of the big 3 heavy because of your tail bone, then your legs will lag behind, which in my opinion is ur weak point.

Use machines to get extra hypertrophy on your legs since your unable to really challenge yourself with ur squats/deadlifts. Machines will probably not hurt ur tailbone, and will present a way to get in extra challenging work on those legs. I know it’s considered inferior, but one of the main positives about machines is they help people who have injuries like u.

Hamstring curls, leg extension, and leg press(if it doesn’t hurt)

From the pic, it looks to me like you have good potential. You have an athletic physique that will respond well to hard training. I'm going to post a link to an article that contains a training routine for beginners. It isn't the 5x5 or whatever gets recommended all the time on here. It contains some rep work on squats. That more than anything will help you gain size. I understand you need to go easy on squats and deadlifts. So instead of piling on weight, add reps and use super strict form. Take a long time to lower the weight and contract the muscle the entire time. Over time, your low back pain will get better. Also, if you squat properly, you can minimize the low back pain. Best tip I can give without watching you is to push your knees out the entire time you are doing the lift. Think of it like you are spreading the floor. And when you unrack the weight and are starting the movement, break with the hips first. Think of the movement like sitting back into a chair instead of like a knee bend.

I injured myself at 29 doing squats and deadlifts, i am back now at 47 been doing stronglifts since Mid February, 5 11 but 240 pounds, those lifts are pretty good considering your weight my squat ad deadlifts are at 300 pounds and my bench 250.

Stronglifts is a pretty solid program i just switch to 3 x 5 military standing press, bench press, bent rows, deadlifs once a week 1 set, and squats all you need to build a good physique

You'd do well on a routine like nsuns. High focus on upper body. You've got a good base going for you and a good shoulder to waist ratio in a few years you'll be looking great.

I'd focus on already accentuating your taper, better lats, delts, arms, getting a better overall 3d look. Keep up the good work

A lot of pull ups and dips.
Some single leg squats and pistol squats if you have back problems, and don't forget to work out calves.
Assuming glutes are like legs, add some hip thrusts or something.

You are doing great already. Don't try too many things at once. Gradually incorporate things and slowly increase volume and quality protein.
