I know what you mean, in that stage myself. I've found most success during weeks where I've been on my shit. More specifically; when I've enjoyed completing daily dasks. Start the day with small wins and build it up throughout the day. This would give me the confidence and freedom to enjoy everything that follows.

It carries on to conversations because you are just enjoying yourself. I can't pin-point the exact click where sexual attraction builds up. I guess it begins from the moment where the conversation starts because when im on that mindset, i approach people based on self amusement. Not being outcome dependent and finding the flow where a conversation with a depressed person can become halaroius.

As far as polarizing goes, there was a great post recently. Read point 2 - developing standards. If you have standards then you'll automatically polarize a girl because you will project your boundaries clearly. This leaves the girl in the awesome position where she has to decide "Fuck yes" or "Fuck no", as Mark Manson would say.
