Just hard next dude. You can try to salvage it, but truth be told, if she flakes and doesn't counter back with another night and time she's not into you.

Now she's enticing you to orbit. Either approach, no, or ignore would work for that.

Tell her you'll talk the next time you're together. And say nothing else.

You don't need to explain to her that you're not going to be her emotional tampon. You already know that she's trying to pigeon-hole you into that category.

It's possible to get your old status back, but most of the time it doesn't happen. Hope for the best but prepare for the next.

I love it. Cancels your date, doesn't offer a different time, but still expects your attention.

It depends for me. Sometimes I just delete the number. Sometimes I'm bored and ask them why would I continue talking to them? Sometimes I like for women to know you can't act like that and still expect to receive a man's attention. But thirsty men don't help that case...

Message her something that shows you are not butthurt. Imply your time is more valueable and that another flake could ruin her chances.

Soemthing like: "Hey. Of course we are gonna talk, we need to arrange another date. But I'm a little busy the next few days."

Message her less and suggest another time in a few days.

I had a woman flake on me twice. Ignored her texts and moved on, never talked to her again.

On another occasion, a girl would not accept to go out with me, but she wanted to keep texting. Ignored her texts and moved on, she just wanted the attention, and as far as i know she was seeing some other dude, so nothing of value was lost.

I had a long time "female friend" who flaked on me twice. I still talk to her occasionally, but i don't invite her to hang out anymore, and i feel she doesn't propose to go out because deep down she knows i won't accept.

Generally i think the best course of action is to cut your loses, by this i mean, cut ties with people, not just women, but men as well, who constantly flake on you, who can't keep their word, who constantly lie and come up with excuses without offering something to compensate their flakiness.

If this is the first time, i would give her another chance, but i would warn her, that if she does that one more time, she won't see you again.
