I think you need to examine what it is in your life that stops you from having peace when you are alone. Loneliness is a tough feeling, but it is not insurmountable. You can be lonely in a relationship, just as much as without one.

Loneliness is feeling like nobody cares or understands. What if you cared? What if you sought to understand yourself? You might find that you are all the company you really need. At 52 years of age, I can tell you, I like myself and my company more than the company of others. It took a long time for me to reach that point. The hormonal quality of youth and the drive to reproduce is like a millstone around the neck of self love. I would suggest you can learn to carry that weight with dignity.

TRP is a sexual strategy and an eye opener. It tells you what women really are and how to obtain the sex that you may have wanted. Your unhappiness comes not from the pill but from your own delusions that life is meant to be a duo ride. Your expectations of life are based on your old conception of reality that it flawed. You have to sit down and think long and hard about what you want out of life that can exist in this reality.

Why are you afraid to die alone? We're all alone our whole life, and in the end we all die alone. This 'emotional connection' you think exists is just an illusion that our brains evolved to create, such that it facilitates cooperation between individuals. You can never truly be in communion with another person, they don't feel what you feel and vice versa. You don't need other people to hold your hand through life. If you want people to share your joys and sorrows, don't try to find some woman to wife up, make good friends.

I second what's been said in the other comments about women not being the focus. After you grapple with that I recommend trotting out a little more beta in your potential LTR's. You might enjoy the women your with more.

This is one of the phases of trp, I found it after the anger phase. It's currently where I am at. Eventually you'll find a woman that's tolerable enough to build a decent ltr with. It will help a lot to see that not all women are terrible, but don't forget AWALT.

Women are frustrating because they'll test you. The key is finding one that me embodies principles you believe to be vital to a relationship. Personally I found chastity, kindness, humor and intelligence to be the primary values I found important. Once you have chosen them find someone who meets those qualities and establish a connection with them. Make them an emotional part of you and your world and bring them into your frame.

This isn't the key to happiness obviously. However it is what I have found to be successful in cultivating. A positive LTR

No. I mean, unless you want to. As an example, I have plates that come and go, as well as others that stick around, so at any time, I'm running a soft harem of 4 to 6, with four being more longer term plates¹ (my most senior plate has 2.5-3 years in, and least has a few months). So I live my life how I want, am generally happy, and have some variety when it comes to pussy and that really is the spice of life.

Life can be awesome, but it's different from the cozy, comfy "Disney" version that doesn't require any thinking.

Remember: Girls are never the goal. Self-improvement is the goal and girls are a lagging indicator. So if you're focusing on girls, you're doing it wrong. Make yourself exceptional in one or more ways, and the pussy will flow.
