By actually not giving a fuck. Focus your mental energy on other things. Exercise, bettering yourself as a man, career, friends, hobbies, etc.
It sounds simple, but just do it. Stop actually thinking about it.
You must view yourself as the prize if you want to be effective. Eventually, when you continue training your brain to feel and think this way, you will adopt this mindset 24/7/365. It takes a while, but if you put legitimate effort into doing it, it will begin to come very easy to you.
Practice, practice, practice.
