One year ago I cut a bad porn habit (frickin' hours per day) and almost all masturbation out of my life. I was a little concerned because afterwards I became far more sensitive and prone to early orgasm. A few things that seem to have helped:

When I notice my self getting too worked up too early, I do my best to shift my attention towards slowing down, relaxing my body (overtime I realized tension was building in all muscle groups as I approached early orgasm), being present in the current moment, and focusing all my attention on what I am experiencing without the anxious need for more more more. I noticed that just a subtle shift in attitude, pace, and sense of urgency for a few minutes really works wonders. Instead of "oh god I've got to pound her, I've got to get her off, I've got to make sure she's enjoying this" it became <pause> <deep breath> <kiss> <slow fucking> "this is what I'm feeling right now."
I minimized any aggressive foreplay on my cock before fucking -- now there are before-fucking blow jobs which are more sensual and teasing and intimate; and there are orgasm blowjobs which are yeah baby pump my cock with your mouth and hands until I cum in your mouth. Before we'd stop just before I came and then try to start fucking.
I now build up gradually to the hard, heavy sex if I want to last a long time and pound the shit out of her til she's sore. Hours of porn per day had desensitized me so that I could just hop right on without any concern. Now I start slow and it's really no big deal. I've noticed just of few minutes of slow and steady and I'm read for a more medium pace without feeling I'm going over the edge. A few more minutes and I can give her intermittent bursts of hard fucking for a minute or two then intermixed with slow strokes. This is good for the variety element of sex anyways. Women want a good hard fucking but they also don't want a fucking robot.
I add in some variety in other ways sometimes to "come down" a little.
