Look man I know this is bad, but it naturally came to me when I started to pay attention to other dudes. I’m just miles ahead in terms of body, being wise, charisma, philosophy etc. I’ve always compared myself to people who are better than me and that got me down a lot. I Compare myself to my average competition and bruh it’s impossible to not see ME as the prize.

So try get to that point and it will flow naturally. Bear in mind this is sort of toxic. It’s better to compare yourself with yourself yesterday!

Here are some things that made me feel superior: developing a passion for the gym, learning - listening to podcasts (not joe rogan and basic shit), working a customer service job where I’m forced to talk to all kinds of strangers, hanging out with high value friends, diversifying my interests and getting super into them(changing my identity)

Then you finally meet a girl and she has 0 personality. Your just like wow. People are so shallow.

Build yourself from the ground up. I started from rock bottom. It takes time and consistency dude. Its about putting work into yourself

If you're a piece of shit, living with your mom at 30 years old, how can you think of yourself as a prize?

For me....I got a good paying job, a man's job. Its adventurous and dangerous, this adds excitement to my life. I stacked my money. I'm a frugal mother fucker. Bought my first house at 26 years old with a 50% down payment. I have a wide social circle with many friends in various states. I'm well networked within certain fellowships. I write daily, and work on my spirituality daily, I'm trying to become a better person. I have goals and dreams I chase after. I lift at least five times a week.

The short of it is this....I'm already a decent looking guy, but I lift and have a good physique, money isn't a problem. I'm not rich, but I can also afford a random weekend getaway whenever I want. I network with others and have a social network, I invest in myself mentally, physically, and spiritually....but this took years. I've been on this path for 8 years.

Most importantly, I need to remain humble. I'm not better than anyone. I must look at myself as an equal with others

You work on yourself until you feel like you are awesome. Not some girls think you are awesome.

I did well with women long before I felt like I was the prize. You have to accomplish small goals first. Then increase the scope of your goals. You have to be proud of yourself. If you aren't, keep working until you are.

Guys always hate my advice but the best way to get women is to indeed be yourself. Problem is majority of guys are not really themselves. What they put out in the universe is a mix of a fake persona, who they wish they were, who they think they should be, mixed with their insecurities and fears. All of this is created to desperately hide who you are on the inside, which most think is inadequate, ugly, deformed and just plain wrong.

Women see through this facade very easily and they understand that you see yourself as inadequate and if you feel you are inadequate then there must be a good reason for it.

To develop the prize mentality, start stripping away all of these fake facades and personas you have built. It actually takes a ton of energy to keep the facade up, which is why you probably feel like you are always putting on an act when around women. Do you feel it right now?

Ask yourself this question: is who I am really that bad and that defective? Is it really? And the answer is no. You are okay. You are enough. As a matter of fact, you are perfect the way you are. You cannot improve on perfection.

So start becoming aware of the act you out on when around women. Understand how it feels, understand the motivation behind it and start little by little dismantling this facade to reveal the true you. The true you is the real prize.

Are you actually following some type of diet?

Look man, this world is so fucked up that if you are doing the above three things, you are doing better than probably 70% of the other men. In other words, that puts you in the top 30%. That already makes you a prize.

Get off your ass and start doing shit to make yourself better. Once you do that, attention from women is not the holy grail. You are still using women as an indicator of success. Stop fucking doing that.

1) Your health (physical and mental) are in top shape

2) Your wealth is being built brick by brick every day. This can be education, job, personal business and hopefully all combined.

3) Your friendships and family relationships are healthy and you receive plenty of love and good vibes.

4) Here is where women come in. Did you notice something? They’re quite low compared to the rest of those items. Well that’s how it has to be if you want to be a prize that is worth winning.
