I hope the irony of having to ask how to be a leader is not lost on you.

This all boils down to confidence, and that’s not an easy thing to fake. Put yourself in awkward social situations, situations you find uncomfortable, and learn to become comfortable in them. Work on your self-confidence so that no social situation fazes you and you will naturally develop leadership skills through experience.

i threw a party in my dorm room on literally my very first day of college. everyone had just moved in that afternoon and nobody knew anyone else yet, so i just knocked on all the doors on my floor and invited everyone over to get drunk. id suggest the same thing to anyone, it was great. i didnt know a single person on day 1, but by day 2 i knew my roommates, a bunch of other dudes who had rooms near by, dozens of cute girls, some older guys in the fraternities, my RA, a weed connect.. and everyone knew me as a fun and easygoing confident social leader good time orchestrating type of guy. in that first week i was getting invited to parties off campus every night, recruited by the frats, gettin introduced to the sorority circles.. it just snowballed from there, the rest is history. as far as being social goes college is easy as fuck man youre going to be fine, just be outgoing
