Anger is a beta trait. You don't need to be confrontational or angry to be alpha. Normally, the angry bros out there are fake, scared, and insecure.

You need to reframe the conversation in your head. You need to focus on setting strong boundaries and then enforcing them.

Lets say you have a date with a woman and she is 25 minutes late without a phone call. She shows up late and offers a half-assed apology. You could get upset and scold her or you could also get up and leave. Which is more alpha?

Try r/nofap. Seriously, it raises testosterone levels and makes you naturally take on the world competitively. At least thats what Ive noticed. It's like masturbating all the time was sapping my drive and energy in the outside world.

In a different way, I too had some of the aggression trained out of me. Give it time, TRP and just being aware of it is okay.

Understand that you're going to lose and take damage in these conflicts which will activate your meek and submissive training both at the start of and after the incident.

You might try getting into martial arts, I do BJJ. I recommend trying arts used in competition (UFC, Vale Tudo) for utility and for authenticity. TKD & Karate have benefits, no doubt, but there's no substitute for brutal reality.

I don't see what the problem is. Do you like chasing animals/opponents or the field? Do you try to win the game? Yelling and being loud is not the only way to be masculine and competitive.
