We made plans on Wednesday but she texted me yesterday saying that she needed to cancel. Asked to reschedule for Saturday or Sunday.

If a woman asks to reschedule and suggests a time right away, it means interest is high, she wants to see you, but she actually can't make it.

I texted her back saying it was going to cost her (without saying what exactly), and Sunday night.

This is good flirtation.

Don't actually punish her, because she has done nothing to disrespect you, and you'd just look like a butthurt sperg.

But do impose a token, flirtatious "punishment". This will build attraction. Impose some task on her, make her pay for whatever, or give her a token "spanking", or something like that.

This is not even RP advice, just in general if you don't follow up on your threats they mean nothing, and after that you loose your power. A consistently harsh leader is better than a nice guy who can't set, demonstrate, and follow his own rules.

Edit: For the RP side: She could have legitimately needed to reschedule and that's fine, but since you told her there will be consequences for her actions then there need to be consequences. You've seen the children who's parent's cave and don't enforce the rules. The children walk all over them and get what they want. If you don't make good on that promise she will see you as weak and walk all over you right up until she nexts you.

Like the others have said that doesn't sound like a threat it sounds like fun and flirting. Your need to punish her over nothing is foolish.

Threats are the best but be careful one day they will test that threat and your response can end it all.
