Live in the 40's

A guy that has seriously swallowed TRP won't get married in this day and age.

He can find his way around the law or w/e to have kids some way. But the current state of marriage is a scam.

Your question sounds to me like: What is the best way to get scammed?

Having a dream family back in the 50's was hard. Now... it is basically impossible.

Don't get married.

If you really want to, fully understand that you are taking a huge risk, and there is no sure fire way of ensuring you aren't going to be divorce-raped at some point down the road.

Plenty of guys here are married. If marriage is something you want in the long run go for it. Yes marriage laws are unfavorable and yes it's more difficult to find a truly worthy partner. However with the right person I think marriage is totally feasible imo. Keep in mind marriage is trp on hard mode (from what I understand) unless you marry down or find a unicorn.

In case it hasn't been apparent enough, marriage is just a plain bad idea. Even prenups can be overruled in court.

You don't need to be married to start a family.

As for qualities to look for: maternal traits of compassion and caretaking, shows you respect 99% of the time (which is very dependant on you as much as her), gentle in all her affairs, a good relationship with her father, and sexually conservative (low partner count, low to no male friends)

These traits should be assessed over 6 months to a year to instigate an LTR, and 3-4 years before considering starting a family or living together. Though tricks truth is so devious sometimes that even these time frames may not be long enough to know her well enough.
