I understand that game helps increase someone’s value, similar to how marketing works.

I’m starting to believe that game is a waste of time, and in a way, you’re operating in their frame. If a woman is willing to take the risk and play games with you, that means she isn’t attracted and doesn’t think you’re high value.

If a woman is showing defiant/controlling behavior at the early dating stages, that means you’re not AF and she is not LTR material, you’re at best BF. Is my understanding correct?

To me, TRP knowledge helps a man avoid BB. Only the self-improvement part of TRP can make you AF through increasing your SMV.
