Women are prized for their self-control and chastity, because chicks with lower n-counts make for better mothers. Also, past behavior helps to predict future behavior, so if she was whoring around in the past, she will most likely whore around when she is in a relationship with you.

Because women are considered gatekeepers to sex whereas men are considered gatekeepers to commitment.

Women are after commitment from high value men. Men are after sex from beautiful women. Women are seen as holding their sexually as a prize. If they give that prize up too easily without getting much commitment, it makes them seem easy or less valuable etc.

On the flip side, imagine a rich successful man who keeps committing to women and buying them things, spending his time with them, providing security for them but doesn't get much sex. People would think of him as a desperate looser.

That pretty much sums it up. The ability to have children is limited by age and pair bonding is chemically based, like any chemical inundation creates tolerance and possibly eventual immunity.

In other words, the baby makers need to protect their eggs, the inseminator needs to attempt to get to as many eggs as possible, and of the highest quality.

Not that you'll care. Just thought you may want to google it and come back. The answers are there. Up to you to find them.

But overall here we're not concerned with that question. We're concerned with men's sexual strategy, not a notch count contest. If a guy wants to find a great girl and devote himself, we're here to give him the tools to reduce statistical failure. If a guy wants to have lots of women we have tools for that too.

I totally get what you're saying and the same holds true for the whole animal kingdom. But again I think I've been misunderstood. The assertion was that women who have slept with fewer men 'make for better mothers' - i.e., their ability to care for, nurture and raise a child. In what sense is this affected by whether a woman has had safe sex with 1 man or 100? Also, you aren't out there 'inseminating' because you guys, as I understand it, always practice safe sex when you're sleeping around. The reproduction aspect is therefore eliminated on both sides. So my original question stands. I get that you aren't interested in challenging your beliefs, but it's a damn shame that some potentially decent men will be out there fucking like there's no tomorrow then when he does meet a decent girl who's interested, she'll tell him to get lost because she'll think he's a manwhore and won't trust him as far as she can throw him.

But that's exactly what you're saying about women. And you can't tell me that they wouldn't tell them to get lost, because I know a hell of a lot of women that have done exactly that. It's interesting that you think it adds 'value' to a man to sleep around and takes value from a woman who does the same. Admittedly, normal, stable people shouldn't give a shit either way - yet it seems to me you guys are keen to write off women for exactly the same qualities you think make you some kind of winner. You actively encourage eachother to engage women in abusive relationships - making them feel so insecure and shit that they think they need you. Yes, that is emotional abuse. Almost every woman has been through it and unfortunately few have the courage and self-belief to break free from it. You make yourself feel like a man at the expense of making a woman feel like shit. That's about as far away from being a man as it gets. I realise though that this is an ideological echo chamber (look it up), and therefore there's not much else to add. Please explain to me how the amount of men a woman has slept with has any impact whatsoever on her ability to be a mother. Seriously. All this tells me is that you have a serious lack of insight into parenthood. Also, if past behaviour helps predict future behaviour, then logically it follows that men who slept with a ton of women before 'settling down' are also more likely to cheat in any future relationship and, by your logic, become incapable of being fathers. Why is there any difference between men and women in this regard? Shit, that's right, there isn't!

Nope. That is a false narrative invented and perpetuated exclusively by men. Aside from that, you are avoiding the question: how exactly does the amount of sexual partners a woman has had in any way impact upon her ability to be a good mother? What does sexuality have to do with motherhood?
