She will only get mad because she feels like she has to. Now hear me out, if she gets mad I would give her the option to not go to prom with you if she doesn't want to. Just nonchalantly say "If this makes you that angry you don't have to go to prom with me if you don't want to"

You have to play the long game bro. She will without a doubt use this to justify making your prom night horrible.

It sounds like she already knows you fucked the other girl. Classic example of when plates collide. Your frame needs to be air-fucking-tight from this point on if you want to thread this needle... On the bright side, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to the test.

As they say, honesty is the best policy. You don't want her pissed at you for fucking some other chick and lying. You'd might as well just come clean and trivialize it into oblivion.
