I went on a prom date with this girl, but I reverted to a beta state of mind (I'm fairly new to RP) and failed to escalate during the event or on the way back home. She did agree to sleep over at my place, but I again failed to escalate even though she was right next to me in bed. I again went full beta and even made us both a nice breakfast. Got a nice hug when she left cringe.

During the night she did not show much IOI's or charming behaviour, but I got the distinct idea that she would have wanted me to be more agressive and was dissappointed nothing happened. The atmosphere was relaxed throughout.

Question: is there any way to bounce back from such a massive loss of frame and still plate her?

I've not contacted or seen her since the event, but I'm at risk for developing OneItis as this was my first good opportunity for a plate since starting RP. Hard next or a is there a way to hard reset? Thanks boys!
