Biologically and evolutionally it is universal. However some cultures do have for example more strict rules for sex and marriage. It’s for the most part designed to work in western countries where feminism has taken its stance, but you can apply it anywhere regardless of the culture.

No. It’s common enough to be considered so but it depends on context. Does lifting, game and being rich attract women? Commonly enough that developing these facets can only benefit. Regardless of culture or region.

Again each culture is different so again context is pivotal. For example I was lucky enough to be raised in two different cultures. One I’m treated well, respected and was expected from very young to succeed. The other? I’m J.A.G. Despite my value(physique, frame, finances) being the same the context differs. Thus my relationships differ.

You simply have to keep working on value that’s appreciated across cultures/regions. Everybody loves a guy that can cook.

If you want ltr, my advice would be to stop caring about getting ltr and start focusing on yourself. It’s counter-intuitive I know. But here in Red Pill LTR should not be the goal, its a byproduct. But you should pursue whatever you want to pursue.

I recommed reading The Red Pill subreddits sidebar and The Red Pill Handbook 2.0 (you can download it online). And continue watching the trp youtubers. (Alpha male strategies, Coach Red Pill, LFA... etc)

And first thing on your journey you should do is to start working out. (Get a gym membership and weightlifting program) or start training at home.
