Like so many other people, I've come here after being generally unhappy with life. A little background
I'm a 24 year old male with Cerebral Palsy (if you're unfamiliar with the disability think Walt Jr. from Breaking Bad) I was in a long-distance relationship with a girl for almost 2 years. She recently broke up with me on New Years. I'm going to get flamed for this, as I probably should, but she was my first and I really loved her. I fought tooth and nail until I've finally accepted that it's just not going to work. I just wish I wasn't so fucking beta and realized that I could do better But I digress.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology.I aspire to get a position as a Network Engineer and recently got CCNA certified. Job search has been unsuccessful and I'm feeling deflated. I can't drive due to the disability and I just feel so limited with everything. I feel like a fucking man child and no matter how much people try to make things seem OK they're not. My family members are overprotective and make it seem like I need to seek their approval for everything. I have no doubt in my mind that my mind state, and my limitations are the reason why she left.
My question being: How do I increase my SMV with a disability? I can't help but feel like I'm damaged goods.
How do I start thinking like an alpha and turning my life around given limiting circumstances. I'm tired of feeling like shit about every aspect of life, and the breakup with the girl has just been a reality check, albeit a hard pill to swallow.
I know I'm probably going to get destroyed in the comments, maybe rightfully so, but I'm just looking for some perspective to improve my luck not just with girls, but with self-improvement.
