If you're not attractive enough to get "constant casual sex" (as you say), not putting much effort into seducing women is more "RP" than wasting all your time chasing tail ...just be very, very careful to make sure this isn't you hamstering ways to avoid anxiety from talking to women or "approaching" (I fucking hate shit that sounds PUA-ey) them to flirt.

A certain baseline of talking to / meeting new women is definitely healthy in this day & age, whether it goes anywhere or not. If sex really isn't all that for you, even with hot chicks, you actually have a huge leg up in the game. You have the freedom to look for a girl you click with - and when you find her, you'll slide right inside with almost zero effort.
