You shouldn't regret losing your virginity. There is no perfect person to lose your virginity to. Get that beta shit out of your head.
Don't float in regret and negative thoughts, it literally fucks you up. Take what you want from the situation and stop thinking about it. Literally, every time it pops up in your head, tell yourself that you don't give a fuck about it and force yourself to think about something else. This can be extremely hard at first but after a little you'll start seeing the difference in your attitude change.
