I've been hanging around TRP for several months and still have at least a year to go before monk mode is over.

I come into regular contact with twenty somethings and so I'm looking for advice on improving my conversational skills during this period. Specifically, I'm looking for learning resources, books, and proven systems that will help me analyze my conversations objectively.

I'm extremely personable already, so now I'd like to focus on power talk, seduction, consoling, advising, selling myself, intellectual debate and whatever else there may be.
