Let her know casually....but only if she really does something exceedingly well. Bakes you a cake and wears sexy lingerie and let's you tie her up.... "You looked really sexy and that cake was delicious... That was amazing" if this behavior continues long term....then maybe reward her in some way that also benefits you. You let her join you at your favorite place to eat....

She Shows up looking half decent and gives you regular run of the mill sex. The fact that you saw her and had sex with her is enough praise.

You don't need to do anything in return....you both got something out of that interaction. It was equal.

Don't train her to do things only to get something in return. Have very high standards even for just your praise.

Make her work for it ....she wants to work for it. She doesn't want a man that's easily impressed. And no.....it's no quid pro quo...... If she has a long streak of really good behavior then maybe reward her. She also loses points when not doing something right... ... Reset that clock.

I think there's a difference between simping and giving compliments. Recently I found a new plate for my small harem. The girl is married to a putz.
