She's unimaginative. A&A needs to be ditched and you need to tell her she is boring you and the date is over if she can't show you an interesting side. I would just be firm and tell her you won't be taking her out again unless she can be more respectful/fun/entertaining.

Ignoring the shit test is almost as good as A & A in my opinion, depending on the type of shit test. Repeated shit tests of the same material call for ignoring after 1 or 2 agreements and amplification.

Also, keep in mind, shit tests are attempts to break your frame. Subconsciously she could have been repeating the shit test to try to get you to crack. Never crack and shit test is passed.
