So I’m interested in Adderall & it’s effects on the human body & brain. I’m also interested in other drugs effects. I’ve decided to ask this question on asktrp because on TRP we emphasize on many aspects in life, including drugs. Some recommend against it and some recommend it. Some people suggest natural ways of doing things. An example of why I’m posting here is this: If I posted in r/nofap and ask the benefits, I would get that it makes you feel good, less anxious etc.. But on askTRP, I would learn that no fap boosts testosterone, you have less anxiety because testosterone destroys anxiety, etc.. Basically the scientific reasoning.

Nonetheless, let’s start with the curiosities I have on Adderall. I first took Adderall 3 weeks ago to do work on some out of school project, so I’m still “new” to it. 2 days ago, I decided to take Adderall to assist me in doing a huge project which took me 4 hours, but would’ve took me 10hrs+ w/o Adderall to complete. I realized the effects it had on me. I was very happy, in a very social mood, I was also very focused on the task at hand, I kind of felt like a god or something.

Currently I am trying to figure out “natural” ways of achieving this feeling. Adderall releases chemicals into your body. I read an article about getting this natural laser like focus & Adderall effects through having a healthy diet, exercise and other stuff to do to achieve this naturally.

I will be doing research on this subject and hope to publish my findings. What are some things that assist you in achieving laser like focus? Your daily habits? What foods assist in releasing those chemicals? Just any of your feed back would be appreciated :)
