Tldr: do you think people (and women) respect you if you give them a second chance?
We all make mistakes and I guess my question is to what degree do you give second chances and do you think the other party will still respect you if you do give a second chance.
Two scenarios:
-
Accountant fails to meet deadlines and makes errors. Gives excuses of unexpected personal situations. Has good reputation in my industry for being very good at their job. Would you give a second chance or find someone else?
-
I was in the very early stages of a possible LTR (no discussions of exclusivity) and she went away for 3 week holiday (she booked before we met). I gave her permission to do whatever she wants knowing AWALT - for what it's worth she said she wouldn't do anything while away when I said this to her. Sleeps with another guy once in that time but still continued to stay in contact with me. She eventually told me after she came back, so I decided to hard next her - she stayed in contact a lot while away and I felt she slept with a guy while I was in contact. Would you plate this girl or cut her off completely? Do you think she'll respect me if I plate her? Is it good for the the redpill subconscious mindset?
