Pseudo-science bullshit, and that isn't "my thoughts" that's backed up by science.

If you are considering this, it is presumably due to some kind of issue - be it minor or something more serious. Either way, there's always something else you can do to solve the problem.

Depending on your actual issue, "no fap" might even make it worse and can (albeit rarely) cause medical issues.
