I'm in the United States military stationed in Japan and I've been seeing this girl on and off. I kept breaking up with her when I need to go monk mode for a month or two and then she comes back as soon as I tell her to. for about two years that I'm thinking about marrying. Before all you salty ass divorcees jump down my throat, hear me out. Anyone who has ever been in the military will tell you it makes it hard not to get married for the wrong reasons (not like there are any good reasons). Get out the barracks, get BAH, COLA, etc. I know that marriage is a scam and AWALT and I've been just waiting for the day I call her and some dude picks up, but she's going to London for university. If I get a prenuptial agreement, she's in London while I'm collecting her end of my paycheck while her parents are still supporting her, is it worth it? I'm not sure if I see myself staying with her after the military, but I don't see myself with any woman for an extended period of time ever since I found trp. Yay or nay?
