Yeah it's confusing because there are compounding psychologies at play here.

Let me clarify:

(do women love sex? what the fuck do they want?)

women love sex. But they need emotional connections or physical attraction. They either want a resource-provider (beta bux) or a physically sexual man who has game (alpha). Preferably for any "marriage material man" they want BOTH in one, or at least one part of this.
Choices are: Beta bux, alpha physical/game, alpha bux (the perfect man). Depending on culture/background/upbringing they may prefer both, or change what they want depending on their age/habits/point-in-their-life.
Women's definition of a good sex life is different than men. Women get bored easily. In a relationship, they tend to "fall out of love" quicker than men or get "bored of the same partner" while men just want "frequency of sex." Overcoming this in TRP is simple: not allowing things to become boring. Staying high value. Doing variety in the bedroom. Keeping things fun. It's like as if you have a paying customer and you want to keep them hooked with good customer service. I'm not saying this is absolutely necessary, but it certainly helps.

Like I said, depending on culture, moral values, religion, upbringing psychology, genetics, all these play a role into how loyal woman will be. Try to avoid women with ADD or other psychological issues if they don't take medication. Avoid women who lack self-control, (drink too much all the time or binge shop ridiculously). Avoid women who get distracted or are unable to be shy or unable to avoid/ignore other men (clue: they just can't stop talking to some random guy at a party or they can't stop talking to your own guy friends).
Most of all stay away from any women who talks about feminism, because feminism (the new wave) is popular among young women because of mainly their BEST argument: stopping slut-shaming... Then they have worse arguments: trying to make men subservient. It sucks that woman are shamed for desiring sex (they should be shamed as equally to men), but the simple fact is, that means they are the type of person more willing to do slutty things. They want to be protected from embarrassment and shaming and criticism, for when they cheat or act too sexual to other men. Feminism isn't necessary in a world where men and women have equal rights; thus, a woman who likes feminism as it is today, means they are interested in being sluts or are interested in female supremacy over men.

Women want commitment from all men. Commitment to them, doesn't mean that they won't go and fuck other men. Commitment for you, is not commitment for them. Commitment for them is not commitment for you. Otherwise it would be an ideal partnership if both sides were committed, loyal, and didn't cause problems.
When you take away commitment from women... they get upset and psychologically think you are higher value than they are or have "other options". They'll accuse you of cheating or having other partners in some cases when you're just trying to find time to play chess or something.
When a women is thus, uncertain of your love/commitment to them, they tend to be more loyal because they don't want to lose you. They question themselves and wonder if they are worthy of your love. This is not a bad thing, because they want this. They want to have a man who doesn't put up with their bullshit and a man who realizes their vagina is worth about a max $50-100 USD per use. They don't want a man treating them as princesses, unless they've lived a life of hard coal mining, which no woman has.

When you find a hardened muscular blond in the dark cold coal mines of west virginia, then you can treat them as a princess because they'll actually appreciate it.

Just because you're not showing full signs of commitment, loyalty, or love to the woman. Doesn't mean the woman is getting a bad deal either. Sometimes she gets commitment and loyalty even when the man pretends not to commit. So it doesn't mean she's getting deceived.

Yes, but something's wrong and he knows it. It's not validating. It says something about his value. It's clear to everyone that he's not getting what he wants. Women would take any guy's time so he's not extra useful or good like he wants to be. There's a very bitter feeling every time he hangs out with her or she gets fucked. Yes they like it, but yes they hate it. They'd be much happier with the sex/commitment in each case.

Women can love sex and a woman that loves sex can out fuck any man.

Being out fucked by a woman is a common subconscious fear among men because if they can not satisfy her they fear she will go looking elsewhere.

The problem for women is what it takes to have good sex. Good sex is not always as easy to come by as it may be for a man.

Good sex is what creates the craving for sex and also the emotional connection that takes good sex to a higher level which adds fuel to the fire of their craving for sex. The sex and the emotions feed each other and off each other making each more intense.

They become more dependent on the masculine energy of the male to stay interested long term but at the same time depending on how this masculine energy is expressed they may be turned off sexually by the mistakes men make to appear masculine.

A man trying to act manly often turns a woman off even if he is masculine.

Not all women are seeking commitment. Many actually do not want commitment because they do not want the complications that come with a LTR.

She may not even want commitment although she wants children.

Women are good at compartmentalizing their lives where they have a security blanket at home in the form of a secure relationship and than go looking for "good sex" that they do not experience at home.

What may happen is that she feels close and bonds with someone as the relationship progresses. She than wants security so that she can protect herself emotionally.

it is important to understand that commitment "fills a need" and if it does not than she will not want it.

Wanting commitment is not an automatic and often a woman is actively trying to avoid it but finds herself dragged into emotionally so her needs change.

They try to keep a man at arms length until their emotions do not allow it anymore.

Women do not need commitment to have sex "until they do"

They are very good at only having sex without commitment.

Probably better at it than men.

Women seek commitment like men seek sex. Both drives are biological and programmed for the continued existence of the species. Men don't "need" sex but we go through absurd shit to get it, why is is surprising when women today don't "need" commitment yet do crazy shit to get it.

Do they want commitment? They do and they don't. It's a dual sexual strategy that is paradoxical, in conflict with each other. AF/BB. However before the wall it's AF/CC all the way, maybe sprinkle a little BB so she can feel like a nicely pampered womyn. Post wall it's reversed, mainlining BB and sprinkling in AF/branch swinging.

Depends.

A general rule of thumb: Men are the gatekeepers to commitment. Women are the gatekeepers to sex.

Some women are religious and have a rule: No sex before marriage.

Some men have a rule: no marriage before sex.

Some women have a rule: between age [14 to 30] I'll fuck anybody and everybody that I want to fuck. I am not looking for commitment.

Some women have a rule: I'm looking for commitment from the age of my majority until I find him.

Some woman have a rule: I'm looking for the best man I can find. If the one I just met is better than the one I have, I'll dump the one I have if I can get commitment from the one I just met who seems better than the one I've already got.

Some men have a rule: I'll commit to the first woman I meet who gives me sex.

Some men have a rule: I'll never commit to any woman regardless of how attractive and/or accomplished she might be.

Sex for commitement is one of the 2 strategies ( read on R and K selection )

K is for investing in the Youth ans making this youth the most likely to survive ( aka setteling down not being a whore and raising proper childrens )

R is much like rabbits , Fuck a lot and expect trough probability that some of them will survive to continue the Species
