Does she provide enough value to your life? That's the question you need to ask.
Whatever you do, do not marry. You will be miserable. You already admitted she doesn't tick your boxes when it comes to her body, so no unicorn she is. And since looks is all a woman brings to the table, that should be very important in your decision on this relationship.
If you determine the value she provides is not worth it, dump her ass. Who gives a fuck if it wrecks her emotionally? She will get over it. Put the shoe on the other foot. You think women give a fuck about a man's feelings when she dumps him in favor to go back onto the carousel? Fuck no. Why should you? Her feelings should not factor your decision in any way at all.

Personally, I do care whether she gets wrecked emotionally -- which is why I think he's got to dump her right away. It's not it will get easier for her if they date longer.

Reposting this: Is she polite, respectful, kind, and submissive? Eager to defer to your leadership? Is she thoughtful? Does she do things for you that show her investment in you?
Those are good LTR checkboxes for me. Remember sex does not count for LTR status. Sex is a bare minimum. You only look at non-sexual things for LTRs.

Well said. Bare minimum.

Honestly, this is pretty common for a first real relationship where you guys took each other's virginity. How old are you guys?
The "first" will always hit the hardest and will always leave the biggest scar. At least when you're in the process of getting over her/him.
The red flags are that she gets jealous if you like other girl's photos or talk to other girls and that you guys only said 2 things at lunch. Growing up is all about figuring out what you want in life and finding people that make you better and happier.
Her being jealous when you are just platonically talking to other girls is a huge red flag because she either doesn't trust you or has self-esteem issues. It's only been 10 months -- what do you think will happen after 3 years? 8 years? Pretty soon she won't want you to go out or to hang out with certain friends. I've seen it happen my friends in real life. They lose some confidence in themselves and become passive because they're stuck in a relationship that isn't making them happy, but they're afraid to get out of it because they've invested so much energy and time. It'll be even harder to get out of the relationship after a few years because of the time investment. But always remember econ101 -- sunken costs. Your present decision-making should not factor in the past time investments. (okay sorry, slightly off topic).
You guys only saying two things to each other during lunch only proves that you guys may not have the chemistry that translates beyond the bed.
I would concentrate on growing personally, in your career, fitness, musical tastes, friends, etc. etc. Hope she grows with you and adds value to your life. If you think she's starting to bring you down then you might have to break things off. That being said, I'm not saying to demote her to make her priority #2 in your life. I'm saying that every aspect of your life, whether it be relationships, friends, career, fitness, should help you become a better happier person. The fact that you're writing this post and asking for advice means that the relationship component of your life is not helping to develop you into a better person.

Which is 100% rational in this case. If they have nothing to say to each other and he's openly talked about leaving, he almost certainly will meet someone he likes better.

When you're leaving a job, they expect you to give 2-weeks notice, but they can lay you off or fire you without any warning. Seems kind of unfair, right? She'd leave immediately and give some half-hearted excuse on why, and maybe even blame you. So don't worry about what will wreck her, that's not your problem.

I have been there. Didn't know what to do with her beyond sex. Get the fuck out of this relationship now. Find other women that you find more attractive. Use the red pill as your guide in the future.
I cant even bring up "If I broke up with you" senarios without her freaking out.
That's cause it's a messed up thing to say. Either break up with her or don't, don't tell her you're thinking about it and expect her to be cool with that.
Personally I suggest breaking up. You can find someone who suits you better. Do it ASAP. The sooner you let her go the sooner she can start looking for the man who will start a family with her.

You can't stay with someone you don't want to be with because it might upset them. What if you got married and then 10 years down the line you leave because you are richer, more successful and have the confidence to do it then. She will be far worse off in that situation.
Basically for her own sake you are better leaving her now.
