You sound like you need her to text you back right away. This is not something that is important. If she doesn't meet up though I would suggest dropping her and getting a girl who is giving you pussy. For you to punish her you have to be valuable somehow, which maybe you aren't based on how long she's taking to reply.

You can't punish someone who doesn't care enough. Whatever you do, it's "no big deal". Either you aren't a god to her or her phone died and you're just being autistic, letting it bother you. Make other plans.. it never hurts.

Unless she has a job where she can't even keep her phone with her (lots of govt type stuff like that)...

You already gave up your power when you made yourself available to when she is free. Soft next her now and make other plans for tonight. Don't respond to whatever she texts until tomorrow and then make new plans. Ask when are you free this week, If she gives you a day then say aight, day x time x. Don't text until that day. When the day comes you text her "we still on for today"? 10mins before Date you text her again "sorry ill be 5 minutes late"

You don't ask her when. You tell her when, then she'll agree or disagree. If she doesn't answer at all its safe to say she isn't interested. If she doesn't offer an alternative time, she's also probably just making excuses.

Example:

You- Lets go grab a coffee at Moe's, tonight at 19:00.

Her- great, see you there

Or

Her- I can't make it at 19:00, but how's 20:30 for you?

Why are you let down? she’s losing out on you. your lack of abundance is showing. I still set 2-3 dates right next to each other in priority of who I want the most on weekends and then cancel when one of them shows to avoid being flaked on. Sometimes they all flake and I just game in person. Either way you’re still having fun.

Edit: 4 hours to respond is either them purposely waiting to play the game against you, or they genuinely don’t care about you. Either way not a good look and this low level of investment from her should be matched by you.
