We became a couple after her first trip here, met on a specialty dating site, not a lot of quality girls like her in my area. Talked via text for a month before meeting, slept together, made things official, then she went back home. She called me two nights in a row after she got back home. She stops some of our text conversations and calls me instead.

I know a lot of girls I dated in the past would joke that they had a dream that I FINALLY called them, lol. I just don't call people, because it feels awkward if they don't answer. So I stick to text.

So should I call her or no? And how do I preface it? Hey will you be up later, was gonna call ya?

Not calling her keeps me mysterious and avoids potential of her not answering. I figure if I DO surprise her with a call so as not to be predictable, I do it mid conversation?
