Since this is asktrp, we have some lattitude. Perhaps you could post a little about what it is you do, what you're trying to accomplish, and how you think alpha / beta behaviors manifest themselves at work. Because SMV still plays a role, but you shouldn't shit where you sleep, so there are obvious boundaries and nuances to the work place.

Being assertive commanding respect and being stoic are aspects of TRP that will serve you well at work. Being sexual cocky and flirty is not yet you benefit if you charm others.

Having options is very important- keep an eye out for other internal teams and other companies to join to keep your bargaining power high.

The red pill is primarily about male sexual strategy. Alpha traits are synonymous with dominance and social standing, which are often discussed on the red pill because women find those traits extremely attractive. But thriving in a corporate culture is requires being useful, well-liked by the right people, and social inclusion, probably among other things. It also requires that you are not too polarizing and that you do not offend others. So my initial impression is no, you should not apply the same strategies in the red pill if you want be successful in a corporate environment.

I don't think "beta" makes sense in a corporate environment with different evaluation criteria than the dating market. Beta encompasses a wide array of behavioral traits which are generally disadvantageous in the dating market. With that said, some of these traits can be advantageous in a corporate environment, such as prudence.

First off dread doesn't do anything to someone who is not invested in you. Co-workers, superiors and employers are largely not invested in you, they are invested in the position which you represent. Dread is almost 100% ineffective in this type of relationship.

Being "likeable" is a core tenet to TRP. Frame is all about positioning communication so you direct the image you present. All communication is transactional in nature. What you describe as likable is merely a positive frame.

These kiss asses you see everywhere are largely unveiled because you see the frame in transition. The frame they present to their equals and the frame they present to their superior are different. This "two-faced" outward projection is the key to successful politics and you have much to learn on how this works. Doing it skillfully hides these transitions and does not lift the veil while communicating with different groups.
