First of all, if you're going to go online realize that the pickings are what they are. You're not going to get a hot 25 year old online. If that's what you want then practice day game.

First - look at yourself HARD. If you feel the SLIGHTEST URGE to talk about your EX while on a date, you are not ready to date. Talking about your EX to new women is POISON.

Second - accept that at your age and time in life you are going to have a hard time fishing in the 20 - 25 pond. Those girls are at the peak of their SMV, and guys your age only land them if they are really rich, really famous, or have EPIC game. Sure, it's possible, but it's LOT of work.

There are some really hot 30-somethings that will be very grateful for your time and attention. Just be VERY careful of single mothers. They are almost all looking for a provider for their alpha-spawn, and in your position, you are a prime target for "Ooops, I'm pregnant."
