Hi, Im 19 in college where the gym is free. I never seriously worked out in my life (maybe have max 2 months in total in the gym). So you can say im pretty weak. I did do four years of varsity swimming in high school (best breaststroker on the team), 1 year of basketball, and 1 year of volleyball. Even during those times, I never took the time to go to the gym. I think the main reason for this is because I was always the top 2 best on the teams (i guess I had some good ass technique).

Anyway, Im a 6'4 guy weighting 140 lbs (yeah thats not a typo). Around 8 percent body fat. I really want to get bigger and in my opinion this is what I want to workout the most (in this order): arms, chest, back, legs, abdomen. Could you guys provide some tips on what I should do? Obviously I know I should eat more but I never have an appetite (I hope there is a way to fix this). Since I am in college, I often skip breakfast because I sleep in late (and the days I do, I eat like cereal or oatmeal). During the day, I eat like chicken, paste, spinach (lots of spinach), meat, apples, bananas, peanuts, yogurts, and pizzas (snack about once every other day). Also could you guys help with what exercises I should be doing? I can bench 55lbs (thats with the 45lb bar) and curl around 15lbs. Thanks guys.
