I’ve considered it and am living with the decision not to. Despite what people may say, roids, even when taken properly, present a lot of serious long term health risks. It’s easy to put that off now when we are healthy, but when we are 75 will we be regretting it?

I’m not as jacked as I would be on roids. But you can still get in excellent shape with consistent hard work and discipline. Maybe I could lay some hotter women if I were on roids, but it’s not worth it in my opinion.

Too many bad potential side effects. You can get plenty fit without them.

I’d say around 10% of guys who regularly go to the gym use them. Most of the time you can’t tell because they have shitty diets and don’t train consistently.

I don't but I am already naturally strong and big. More people than you think use them but it's still not a lot in the big scheme.

I have a friend that is in the business world, the wolf of wall street type business world and there are a lot of guys that do coke. I do not condone drug use of any kind but those guys are taking these things for a reason. Like how the germans would do meth so they could blitzkrieg these guys do that so they can get something done.

It will destroy you internally but that's your decision to make. Arnold never would be known if he didn't do them. He'd just be an in shape guy. Sacrifice is the name of the game and it's all a matter of what you'll give up. Drugs are a tool. Of health, of relaxation, of getting ahead. A lot of people die too.
