Asked this girl out who sits next to me in class, she rejected the offer. No big deal, I moved on and replied "no worries".

Next time we're in class, someone mentions me having a girlfriend which made her visibly confused (Preselection).

Since then, i've mostly ignored her, while engaging in conversation with everyone else around her.

She's been showing strong ioi's every single class, like really intense staring when i'm talking with my friends.

She's constantly hair twiriling, hair flicking then stealing a glance, which my friends say only happens when im in class.

She waits for me to open her after class, but I mostly continue to ignore her and have fun with everyone else.

I spin plates, lift, and have my goals set, so usually I wouldn't care, but i've never experienced this situation before. Is it because of how well I handled the rejection?

Is she just attention seeking, or is she interested, and why?
