Hey guys, I'm struggling after my recent breakup. It's been a month, but I'm still having a hard time. The truth is that i still worry that I won't find anyone better than my ex.

I've been in a few relationships, no real problem with girls, but my ex was a "unicorn", she was a woman and flawed, yes, but also just a really amazing woman. I loved speeding time with her .

I feel like I wont ever meet anyone as hot and sweet as her, who is as thoughtful or so freaking cute. I've dated before, I've been with girls, but she had the total package. I don't doubt I can find someone else, but I have a lingering fear I won't find someone like her (again, super hot, sweet, twelve years younger, virgin when I met her, cooked, cleaned, never nagged at me, thoughtful, generous, successful in career, but dropped everything for me at the drop of a hat, flirtatious, put together, wicked smart, I'm going to stop now).

I was always aware that she is a lot more attractive physically, while I am tall at 6'1", I'm very thin at about 135 lbs (working on it). She always made me feel so wanted and attractive, and it's hard to think that another girl will feel quite that way.

I know she wasn't perfect, my biggest issues were that she was too playful / silly in public, but she's young, and also that she was too submissive sometimes and I wanted her to be more assertive. Not deal breakers by any stretch of the imagination.

So, what now? How long before I feel better? Other than my first love, I've never struggled with a breakup this way. Advice on moving on? I have been dating since we broke up, about six or seven dates. Nothing interesting. Feel free to be brutally honest with me.
