yeah, of course. theres nothing wrong with having conversations. the goal here isnt to be a weird piece of shit, its to be fun attractive dominant and interesting. then you withdrawal your attention, at the correct moments, and send them on an emotional rollercoaster ride. what do you think is gona happen if you dont talk to them..? they gona take one look at your gorgeous face and instantly drop to their knees and start giving you head?

It's not what you do so much it's how you do it. You can talk to girls and be friendzoned or you can talk with girls and seduce them.

Seduction follows this general formula: Initiate, generate interest/build rapport, isolate, and escalate. Sometimes we match on Tinder, have a few handsome photos, send a few messages where the chick sees you're not creepy or needy, and they invite you over for sex. Other times it's more complicated, you meet a girl at the gym, talk a few times, see her at the library, ask her to hang out, have a good "date," and fool around. Every interaction is different.

The most important thing I've found, which has changed my game the most, is just have confidence, a strong sense of self-worth, and don't need these women's attention/approval at all. Seriously. You need to reach a place in life where you don't care what they think about you, because you approve yourself, and your game will improve 1000x. As soon as you "need" a girl, or her attention, or her approval, the game is up. Be fun, be happy, be centered, be the best version of yourself, and then take these chicks along for the ride.

Don't bother with the common interests. They don't have any interests.

The girl is not your buddy or friend, don't try to treat her like that. It's a girl, treat her like she's your bratty little sister that you love to tease, laugh with, and generally love the hell out of her even though she's always crying what a meanie you are. It's catnip for girls, they love this. Do not be nice to them, that is what everyone else is doing and the girls know why (cuz she now has tits), they aren't that stupid, and they correctly see that "look at me I'm a nice guy" posturing as weakness. Make girls feel like they're not cool enough for you. It's more subtle than that, but that's the basic idea. She should constantly be trying to prove herself, and you sit back and tease away.

At first you're going to have some problems because you'll be trying to be all friendly and talk about class with the girl like a boring dumbass, even though you know better and just read that you shouldn't do it. It's fine, it's all about getting your feet wet and slogging through a lot of fail. There's no fucking way to avoid the epic failure you're going to go through before something clicks and you realize "shit, they were right on askTRP", so just grin and bear it all like a man. Nothing will happen if you fail again and again at it, besides it being hilarious and educational.

Another big tip, makes all the difference if you know it. Avoid focusing in like a laserbeam on just one girl you like, be like sunshine instead and ambiently shine that warmth on all of them, more or less equally. Make sure the one girl you like has every opportunity to see that, how you're appreciated by many other girls and how cute you are with them all. She will feel great girly emotions from this, you have no idea, and so much better than if you pretended like it's a blue pill movie and "she's the only girl that exists for you."

Save the talking for in person if you’re texting. Otherwise talking is literally a basic human function. Keep the convo light, funny, and a little flirty. Don’t be afraid to change location to keep things interesting and escalating towards your goals with the person
