I used to get teary eyed after a real fight or an adrenaline rush. Only thing you can do is to expose yourself more to similar situations. You'll build up resistance to the urge.

Stop giving a fuck about being embarrassed, and to do that you have to first stop giving a fuck about what people think of you.

You do that by switching where your happiness and validation comes from. Betas get their validation and happiness from being socially accepted and from what others think about them. While an alpha gets his validation and happiness from chasing his goals, from being on his purpose and from lifting and doing other shit you love

I have a similar situation , anytime I'm arguing with someone in front of other people or someone insults/embarrasses me in front of others , I get teary eyes and it's just hard for me to speak anything without letting the tears roll down . I can stay calm and stoic when I'm listening to what the other person is saying but as soon as I open my mouth to speak , I can't stop the tears . How do I deal with this and be able to speak and convey without getting watery eyes ?

Used to happen to me when I was a teenager. Figured out it was not being trained how to control an adrenaline rush under a highly emotional event . When were little kids usually our parents tell us to stop crying when we get embarrassed or upset.

U were abused as a child by ur dad or maybe bullies.

Have you had your test levels checked recently? Are you indulging in drugs that alter your dopamine/emotional state? Lifting enough and good diet?

These are the things I would check for myself.
