Hi Often when a man posts on here seeking improvement though lacking motivation he is asked to check his testosterone levels. I have done so yet I don't know how to read the results, and my doctor is fully booked for a while (UK health service) I was wondering if anyone with the relevant knowledge would be able to interpret the results for me as id rather not misconstrue them, they are below.

Testosterone - 25.80 - nmol/L.

SHBG - H 73 - nmol/L.

Free testosterone (calculated) - 0.317 - nmol/L

I don't what's good or bad or what "SHBG" is, Thanks
