Not much need to overthink this. She's coming round probably to bang, but she doesn't want to say as much. This is just commonplace subtle insult humour, it's like a game, she doesn't want to be up front about it and wants to keep you guessing and on guard ("oh I'm coming for your cat, not for you").

Just reply with a time/date and keep it simple.

You obviously texted her way too quickly and you are too thirsty for her. Chicks are used to guys tripping over themselves trying to hang out once they get the number. Next time hold back a little. Neediness is the anti-poon.
She's being cunty by saying "I only wanna meet her." Respond by withdrawing your attention. Don't text her for a couple weeks, and then hit her with "how was your weekend?" or something like that. By no means should you be butthurt or try to win her over in any way.

I barely have time to hang with chicks who are sucking my dick ... imagine what a woman will think of you if you're willing to give your time and attention to her when she straight up told you that she only likes your cat.
