Went on first date, it went well and we both want to continue seeing each other. We escalated things on the first date and seem to have a lot in common and had a fun time.

I’ve been texting sparingly (yes, I know, logistics) and made plans with her for when I’m back in town.

Given we are both getting to know each other, should I make casual/interesting conversation with her over text on occasion? I’ve been responding to her texts about every other day when I have time (busy with other shit right now) with something interesting, and yet she seems disinterested.

I’m considering just letting this conversation drop off until I’m back in town and just call her for plans when I’m back. Her responses are honestly really boring and a bit lower effort.

Any thoughts on best way to proceed? Should I get her talking about herself more? She seems to like that lol
