Some background info first. I am an exec on a student run organization and met this one girl, 4/10, through a school competition with 0 intention of pursuing her. Exchanged numbers for an issue that occurred over the weekend with her team. Texting a bit back and forth, nothing flirty just being friendly, primarily to deal with the issue. I then approached her friend (8/10) and got her number. Texted a few times with some of the TRP principles I've picked up. Realized she was not feeling it because her friend was into me and told her she thought I was cute (found this out later from another mutual friend). Is there away around this? Or is this a lost cause?
